The chef

Chef Asaf Zer

Chef Asaf Zer was forged under the mentorship of internationally acclaimed chef Assaf Granit. He cooks Mediterranean fine dining with classical technique and a creative voice of his own.

Chef Asaf Zer came to Antwerp to take his cooking abroad and share it with a new city. His daughter inspires him most, in the kitchen and in his plans for the future.

At these dinners, chef Asaf cooks in a private, intimate setting that a restaurant rarely offers. He also takes private bookings for the important events in your life.

The food

From chef Asaf's kitchen

Every dinner has its own menu, so the dishes on your evening will differ from these plates.

  • Thinly sliced red meat fanned against a dark broth topped with bean sprouts, in a textured white bowl.
  • A spoonful of tartare topped with sesame, lemon zest and micro herbs, on herb oil in a black spoon, set in a textured white bowl.
  • Smooth orange soup topped with a nest of fried strands and dots of red and green oil, in a textured white bowl.
  • A moulded round of herbed grains crowned with micro greens, circled by herb oil and small dots of cream, on a textured white plate.
  • A lemon meringue tartlet and two chocolate truffles on a narrow white plate.
